Mikäli asiakas ei ole tyytyväinen saamaansa opetukseen ensimmäisen pidetyn oppitunnin jälkeen, on hänellä oikeus saada rahansa takaisin. Rahojen palautusta on kuitenkin pyydettävä palveluntarjoajalta sähköpostitse, puhelimitse tai viestitse 24 tunnin sisällä ensimmäisen oppitunnin päättymisestä. Mikäli asiakas pyytää rahojen palautusta yli 24 tuntia ensimmäisen oppitunnin päättymisen jälkeen, palveluntarjoajalla on oikeus veloittaa tämä oppitunti kokonaisuudessaan(*) ja palauttaa mahdollisen oppituntipaketin arvosta jäljelle jäävä osuus.

2. Opetuksesta ja sen aikataulusta sopiminen

Yksittäisiä oppitunteja on mahdollista varata palveluntarjoajalta koska tahansa tämän aikataulujen puitteissa, kuitekin viimeistään oppitunnin toivottua toteuttamista edeltävänä päivänä.

Asiakkaan ostaessa oppituntipaketin, sovitaan oppitunneille joko viikottain toistuva säännöllinen aikataulu (esim. 1 oppitunti viikossa maanantaisin klo 16:00-16:45) tai joka viikolle oma aikataulu aina edeltävän viikon perjantaihin mennessä. Jos aikataulusta sovitaan myöhemmin, palveluntarjoaja ei voi taata asiakkaalle vapaita aikoja.

Mikäli palveluntarjoaja ja asiakas ovat sopineet opetukselle viikottain toistuvan säännöllisen aikataulun ja oppitunnit ovat tauolla asiakkaan puolesta yhtäjaksoisesti yli 3 viikkoa ilman, että asiasta on sovittu palveluntarjoajan kanssa, aikataulun varaus asiakkaalle raukeaa.

Mikäli opetus on tauolla yhtäjaksoisesti asiakkaan toimesta yli kuukauden ilman, että asiasta on sovittu erikseen palveluntarjoajan kanssa, palveluntarjoaja ei voi taata enää sopivan aikataulun löytymistä oppituntipaketista käyttämättömille oppitunneille.

3. Opetuksen maksaminen

Yksittäinen oppitunti on maksettava palveluntarjoajalle aina viimeistään sen järjestämistä edeltävänä päivänä. Oppituntipaketit on maksettava viimeistään laskuun merkittyyn eräpäivään mennessä. Oppituntipaketit on mahdollista maksaa kahdessa erässä.

Mikäli asiakas ei suorita maksua sovitusta opetuksesta näiden ehtojen mukaisesti, palveluntarjoajalla on oikeus perua sovittu opetus. Erityistapauksissa sovittu opetus on mahdollista toteuttaa myös ennen maksua, mutta tällöin asiakkaan tulee maksaa viivästyskorkoa, mistä sovitaan aina tapauskohtaisesti asiakkaan ja palveluntarjoajan kesken.

Maksaessaan opetuksesta, asiakas hyväksyy tällä sivulla esitetyt palvelujen käyttöehdot.

4. Oppitunnin pituus

Näissä ehdoissa yhdellä oppitunnilla tarkoitetaan 45 minuutin pituista opetustapahtumaa. Palveluntarjoaja ja asiakas sopivat kuitenkin aina toteutettavan oppitunnin todellisesta pituudesta oppilaan tarpeiden mukaan.

5. Oppituntipaketin voimassaoloaika

Oppituntipakettien voimassaoloajat ovat seuraavanlaiset:

10 x 45 min: 14 vk

20 x 45 min: 26 vk

Oppituntipaketin voimassaoloaika alkaa laskun eräpäivästä. Voimassaoloaikoihin ei lasketa aikoja, jolloin opetus on tauolla opettajan toimesta tai oppilaan sairastumisen takia, mikäli sairastumisesta voidaan esittää lääkärintodistus.

Asiakas voi tarvittaessa pyytää palveluntarjoajalta pidennystä oppituntipakettinsa voimassaoloaikaan tai oppituntipaketin laittamista tauolle ennaltamäärätyksi määräajaksi.

6. Oppitunnin siirtäminen

Sovittujen oppituntien siirtäminen toiseen ajankohtaan on palveluntarjoajan aikataulujen puitteissa mahdollista, mikäli asiakas pyytää tätä palveluntarjoajalta vähintään 12 tuntia ennen kyseisen oppitunnin alkamista. Mikäli asiakas pyytää oppitunnin siirtämistä alle 12 tuntia ennen kyseisen oppitunnin alkamista, palveluntarjoajalla on oikeus laskuttaa sovittu oppitunti kokonaisuudessaan tai vähentää se asiakkaan oppituntipaketista, ellei syynä ole äkillinen sairastuminen, josta asiakkaalla on esittää lääkärintodistus.

Mikäli opettaja joutuu yllättävän esteen, kuten esim. sairastumisen vuoksi perumaan sovitun oppitunnin, sitä ei veloiteta asiakkaalta eikä vähennetä asiakkaan oppituntipaketista ja sille pyritään aina löytämään korvaava ajankohta.

7. Yksittäisen oppitunnin peruminen

Mikäli asiakas peruu sovitun yksittäisen oppitunnin vähintään 12 tuntia ennen sen alkamista, asiakkaalle palautetaan oppitunnin täysi hinta. Mikäli asiakas peruu sovitun yksittäisen oppitunnin alle 12 tuntia ennen sen alkamista, palveluntarjoajalla on oikeus veloittaa asiakkaalta tämä oppitunti kokonaisuudessaan.

8. Oppituntipaketin peruminen

Asiakkaan on mahdollista perua maksamansa oppituntipaketti koska tahansa. Asiakkaan peruessa oppituntipaketin, häneltä veloitetaan vain pidetyt tai myöhässä perutut/siirretyt oppitunnit(*) (ks. kohta 6.) ja palautetaan loput oppituntipaketin arvosta. Oppituntipaketti on kuitenkin peruttava vähintään 12 tuntia ennen seuraavan sovitun oppitunnin alkamista. Mikäli peruutus tapahtuu myöhemmin, palveluntarjoajalla on oikeus veloittaa asiakkaalta myös tämä oppitunti kokonaisuudessaan.(*)

9. Oppituntipaketin vaihtaminen

Oppituntipaketin vaihtaminen E-opetuksen toiseen oppituntipakettiin on mahdollista milloin vain ennen oppituntipaketin käyttämistä loppuun asiakkaan pyytäessä tätä palveluntarjoajalta sähköpostitse, puhelimitse tai viestitse. Mikäli uuden paketin hinta on korkeampi, kuin jo maksetun, asiakkaalta veloitetaan vaihdon yhteydessä näiden oppituntipakettien hintojen erotus. Mikäli uuden paketin hinta on matalampi, kuin jo maksetun, asiakkaalle palautetaan vaihdon yhteydessä näiden oppituntipakettien hintojen erotus. Myös uutta oppituntipakettia koskee tässä tällä sivulla esitetyt palvelujen käyttöehdot.

10. Suosittelijan etu

Jos asiakas suosittelee palveluntarjoajan palveluita toiselle henkilölle, joka päätyy tämän seurauksena tilaamaan palveluntarjoajalta oppituntipaketin, saa alkuperäinen asiakas kiitokseksi yhden (1) 45 minuutin oppitunnin maksutta. Maksuton oppitunti on käytettävissä, kun suosittelun kohteena ollut henkilö on tehnyt ja maksanut tilauksensa. Alkuperäinen asiakas saa käyttää oppitunnin itse tai antaa sen suosittelun kohteena olleelle henkilölle. Yksi maksuton oppitunti voidaan myöntää per yksi uusi suositus.

11. Hinnat ja hintamuutokset

Palveluntarjoaja pidättää oikeuden tarkistaa ja muuttaa palvelujen hintoja. Palveluntarjoaja tiedottaa asiakasta mahdollisesta hintojen muutoksesta viimeistään seuraavan yksittäisen oppitunnin tai oppituntipaketin ostamisen yhteydessä. Uudet hinnat astuvat asiakkaalle voimaan kuitenkin vasta sitä seuraavan yksittäisen oppitunnin tai oppituntipaketin ostamisen yhteydessä.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

In case the client is not satisfied with the first lesson, they are entitled to a full refund. However, a request for a refund must be made to the service provider via email, telephone, or message within 24 hours of the end of the first lesson. If the refund request is made after 24 hours after the end of the first lesson, the service provider is entitled to charge the full amount of the lesson(*), and refund the remaining value of a possible lesson package.

2. Arrangement of Lessons

Individual lessons can be booked with the service provider at any time within the service provider's schedule, but it must be done no later than the day before the lesson is due to take place.

When a client purchases a lesson package, the client and the service provider can either agree upon a regular weekly schedule (e.g. 1 lesson per week on Mondays at 16:00-16:45) or set a unique schedule for each week by Friday of the previous week. If the schedule is agreed upon later, the service provider cannot guarantee the availability of lesson(s) slots.

If the service provider and the client have agreed on a regular weekly schedule for the lessons and the client pauses the lessons for more than 3 consecutive weeks without prior agreement with the service provider, the reservation of the schedule for the client will be cancelled.

If the client pauses the lessons for more than one month without a separate agreement with the service provider, the service provider can no longer guarantee a suitable schedule for the unused lessons in the purchased lesson package.

3. Payment of Lessons

The payment for an individual lesson must be made no later than the day before the scheduled lesson. For lesson packages, payment must be made on or before the due date mentioned on the invoice. It is possible to pay for the lesson packages in two instalments.

If the client fails to pay for the scheduled lessons per these terms and conditions, the service provider reserves the right to cancel the lessons. In case the lessons are carried out before payment, an interest rate will be charged, which will be agreed upon between the client and the service provider, on a case-by-case basis.

By making a payment to the service provider, the client accepts the terms and conditions mentioned on this page.

4. Duration of a Lesson

A lesson is defined as a 45-minute teaching session. However, the actual lesson length will be agreed upon by the service provider and client based on the learner's needs.

5. Validity Times of Lesson Packages

The validity times of the lesson packages are as follows:

10 x 45 min: 14 weeks

20 x 45 min: 26 weeks

The validity time of a lesson package starts from the bill's due date. The validity times do not include periods during which lessons are paused by the teacher or due to the student's illness, provided that a medical certificate can be presented.

If necessary, the client may request an extension of the validity time of his/her lesson package from the service provider or a pause in the lesson package for a predetermined period.

6. Rescheduling of Scheduled Lessons

It is possible to reschedule an already scheduled lesson within the service provider's timetable, provided that the client requests this from the service provider at least 12 hours before the start of the lesson in question. If the client requests a lesson to be rescheduled less than 12 hours before the start of the lesson, the service provider has the right to charge the client the full amount of this lesson or deduct it from the client's lesson package, unless the reason is a sudden illness, for which the client must provide a medical certificate.

If the service provider has to cancel a scheduled lesson due to an unforeseen circumstance, such as illness, the lesson will not be charged or deducted from the client's lesson package and an effort will always be made to find a new time for the lesson.

7. Cancellation of Individual Lessons

If the client cancels a scheduled individual lesson at least 12 hours before the lesson is due to start, the full price of the lesson will be refunded to the client. If the client cancels a lesson less than 12 hours before the lesson is due to start, the service provider is entitled to charge the client the full amount of this lesson.

8. Cancellation of Lesson Packages

The client can cancel a paid lesson package at any time. When cancelling a lesson package, the client will only be charged for the lessons held or cancelled/rescheduled late(*) (see section 6.) and the remaining value of the lesson package will be refunded. However, the lesson package must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the start of the next scheduled lesson. If the cancellation is made later, the service provider is entitled to charge the client the full amount of this lesson as well.(*)

9. Changing Lesson Packages

The client can change a lesson package to another one from E-opetus at any time before the end of a purchased lesson package if the client requests this from the service provider by e-mail, phone or message. If the price of the new package is higher than the one already paid, the client will be charged the difference between the prices of these two packages. If the price of the new package is lower than the price of the package already paid, the client will be refunded the difference between the prices of these lesson packages. The terms and conditions set out on this page apply to the new package as well.

10. Referral Benefit

If the client refers the service provider's services to another person, who subsequently orders a lesson package from the service provider, the original client will receive one (1) free 45-minute lesson as a thank you. The free lesson will be available once the referred person has placed and paid for their order. The original client may use the free lesson themselves or give it to the referred person. One free lesson can be awarded per one new referral.

11. Prices and Price Changes

The service provider reserves the right to revise and change the prices of the services. The service provider will inform the client of any price changes at the client's next purchase of an individual lesson or a lesson package, at the latest. However, the new prices will not take effect for the client until the purchase after the next individual lesson or package of lessons.
