I am a qualified Special Needs Teacher from Finland with a Master’s Degree in Education. I have received my education in one of the world’s top universities: the University of Helsinki. Finnish education is considered to be one of the best in the world and I want to utilize my expertise to help anyone seeking academical improvement. My services at E-opetus include private General Tutoring, Special Needs Tutoring, and Teaching of Finnish. All my lessons are online. Further below you can find brief descriptions of these services and their pricing. All the prices include a 25,5 % VAT.

GENERAL TUTORING

The goal of private General Tutoring is to improve the student’s school performance by supporting their learning and strengthening their skills in chosen school subject(s). This can be done, for example, in the form of homework aid and support in test preparation. Private General Tutoring is suitable for any student whose goal is to excel at school and to make learning more effective, easy, and fun.

At E-opetus I offer private General Tutoring in all primary school (elementary/middle school) subjects as well as some languages and theoretical subjects in high school.

SPECIAL NEEDS TUTORING

Private Special Needs Tutoring is special individual support for learning and studying. The goal of Special Needs Tutoring is to improve the student’s learning and school performance by offering comprehensive support in different learning challenges. These challenges include, for example, dyslexia and dyscalculia, inefficient study methods, time-management issues, lack of motivation, concentration problems, and other psychological burdens, such as, perfectionism, academic burnout, etc. Private Special Needs Tutoring can also offer the exceptionally gifted students sufficient challenge.

At E-opetus I offer private Special Needs Tutoring to primary school (elementary/middle school) students in all school subjects. For high school students private Special Needs Tutoring is available in some languages and theoretical subjects.

TEACHING OF FINNISH

Private Teaching of Finnish is for anyone at any level seeking to learn Finnish. An individual study plan will be created and implemented on the basis of your goals, interests, needs, and schedule. Whether your goal is to learn Finnish from scratch or to master, for example, your conversational skills, I am here to help you!
